Therapy Services

We provide services for folks aged 3-21, but if you have a need for someone outside that age range, please feel free to reach out. We also want our services to be accessible to all, including insured and uninsured clients from all backgrounds. We believe that ALL children and families deserve high quality mental health services and have a special interest in ensuring that disabled and neurodivergent communities are welcomed into our space of caring. Child & Play Therapy

We serve children aged 3-12 using our specialized training and experience with play therapy. This is by far the best treatment for your child dealing with symptoms of trauma, negative behaviors, attention concerns and more.

Adolescent & Young Adult Therapy

Being a teenager in our current environment is extremely difficult. Being a parent of a teen today is stressful as well! If your teen is dealing with difficult transitions, self-worth, symptoms of depression, anxiety or trauma, please reach out. We offer evidenced based therapy services for teens and young adults aged 13 - 21.

If you have a teen that is neurodivergent or has a disability, we provide therapy services to them as well. Let's connect and see how we can help.
